Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bee Original Designs & Accessories.
Below you will find important information about how we process and ship your order.


1. Order Processing

All products are made to order.
Once your order is placed, it is sent to production for fulfillment.

Processing times may vary and can be affected by:

  • product type

  • order volume

  • holidays

  • warehouse or production delays

Processing begins as soon as your order is submitted. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.


2. Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • the products in your order

  • your delivery address

  • the shipping method selected

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Separate Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages.

Different products (for example, apparel, drinkware, accessories, hats, etc.) may ship from different fulfillment facilities.
If this happens, each shipment will receive its own tracking number.


4. Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking.
Bee Original Designs & Accessories does not control carrier scan times.


5. Delivery Delays

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or any other carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Weather conditions

  • High holiday volume

  • Customs or routing issues

  • Any event outside of our direct control


6. Wrong or Insufficient Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • We will notify you when it arrives back at the facility.

  • You may choose to have it reshipped at your expense.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbors, leasing offices, or your local post office.

  • We cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.

  • If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Investigations and replacements follow carrier and fulfillment center guidelines.

All returns and exchanges follow our Refund & Return Policy.
