BEE Original Designs & Accessories is committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, our return and refund process differs from traditional retail practices. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Production
All BEE Original Designs & Accessories products are printed on demand and produced exclusively for each customer. We do not maintain inventory or stock for exchanges.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Incorrect color selection
-
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
-
Ordering the wrong item
-
Variations in design placement that fall within standard production tolerances
2. Return Eligibility for Defective or Incorrect Items
We will review return requests only for items that arrive:

Damaged
-
Defective
-
Incorrect (wrong item, wrong color, wrong size printed, wrong design, etc.)
If your order shows any of the above issues, please contact us within the required window (see Section 3).
We will work with our print-on-demand production partner to resolve the issue.
3. Reporting Window (14 Days)
Any issue with an order must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date, based on the carrier’s tracking information.

Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for review.
4. Non-Eligible Return Reasons
The following reasons are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Incorrect color selected by the customer

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Entering an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Items marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

Items returned without prior authorization

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized handling

Variations in product color due to screen/device differences
-
Variations in print positioning within normal manufacturing standards
5. Return Authorization Required
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
A return address will be provided only after your request has been reviewed and approved.
Items sent to any address without authorization will not be processed, and refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.
6. Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
If an order is returned due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout

Failure to collect the package from the carrier

Refusal of delivery by the customer
The customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for these cases.
We are unable to refund orders returned for these reasons.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items (Production Errors)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with our print-on-demand production partner to resolve the issue.
If a return is required, specific instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.
8. Refunds, Replacements & Resolution
Upon review of your claim:

Additional information or photos may be requested

A return may be required depending on the production partner’s instructions
Refunds will be issued only after return items (if required) are received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.
9. Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

Drinkware (mugs, tumblers, etc.)

Seasonal and holiday items
-
Limited-edition products
-
Sale or clearance items
-
Any personalized or customized items (if added in future collections)

11. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing error:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for reshipment costs on orders returned due to incorrect address or missed delivery

BEE Original Designs & Accessories does not provide prepaid return labels

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Unauthorized returns are not eligible for processing
In cases of verified manufacturing defects, return instructions will be provided after approval.
12. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in production, fulfillment, or business operations.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
